-SUPPLEMENT
1. The Chinese Communists have inaugurated large'eoale ooneoription in Dairen.
2. The Chinese Communists have been using 6 trucks to transport a munition from
Dairen to Yingshaho (,6 Several largo guns have been shipped from
Shihho (121-52, 39-20) to Port Arthur.
3a A large number of Chinese Communist troops have been concentrated southwest
of Wafe ngtien (122-02 n 39-58).
4. Armed units of Chinese Communists have been moved from Dairen to Shihho and
Diangohiatien (12156$, 39-13) and oonoentrated there. Recent plans call for
a ootinter-attack on Wafangtien.
5. The Chinese Communists have left only the ace Preservation Corps in Dairen..
In the middle of April the Chinese Communists moved all (?) foodstuffs and
goods from Dairen to Chinobou (121-43k, 59-07). Robberies occur in the daytime
in Dairen. The Soviet military authorities have forbidden the Communist Peace
Preservation Corps to taka over public safety. -
6 o The area around Ch' angt ieupao (121-53 8 39-22), T' aangf angt s uu (121-59, 39-24)
and Fantzupao ( - f ) is the rendewaroue for all important Communist
military meetings.
7. The Chinese Communists have their quartermaster depot on the Chinchou front
in the area of Liangabiatien and Tengshaho (122-01, 39-16). High political
and military Chinese Communist officials and their supplies are there.
