To execute this urgent and responsible task, the Chamber has secured
the collaboration of the district committees of artisans. The regional
associations are entrusted with the task of furnishing essenV -al forms
and re-registration cards and will cooperate fully in carryin; out the
important task.
Your competent cooperation for the speedy execution of t',iis decree
is imperative and will be appreciated.
In order to avoid a recurrence of certain incidents whici took place
in the past when similar registrations were not taken seriously, we are
requesting you to take the measures necessary to control the *egistrations,
and to review all registrations to establish that all questio?is on the
Lana are adequately answered as well as to see that all regis:ration forms
are stamped with a 20 levy stamp for the Artisans Pension fun:. When the
registrations are properly filled out, collect them in, a pack rge and send
them to our offices so that they will be delivered not later than 10
September 1947.
The following instructions are given for the purpose of ,arrying out
the re-registration:
a. All artisans and semi-artisan firms legally open on 24 Lpril this
year are subject to general re-registration. In additi,n to filling
out the new cards for re-registration as prescribed, th. i ovmers will
be instructed to correct the previous registration card ~,.
b. Artisan firms established after 24 April and operatin!; at present,
raay obtain immediate authorization from the Chamber under decree
Law '', o. 7550. They also must re -register in order to b ; treated
as legal establishments.
co RegLstered semi-artisan firias which were active and legally established
on 24 April this year will also be subject to general r-.registration.
Sergi artisan establishments which came into being sine 24 April 1947
and are now operating must obt" permission for operat.on accord#g-
to decree No. 7550. Intaediately thereafter, they shall register
in order to be entitled to treatment as legally authorized firms.
e. This re-registration in the entire country is of tremendous importance
to the national economic plan. The Chamber will apprec`.ate your
voluntary cooperation for the Good of the Fatherland Fr)nt, and in
this spirit we are expecting you to fulfill your oblige i.on without
the necessity of further reminders and warnings.
