The regional associations are entrusted with the task of furnishing essenV -al forms and re-registration cards and will cooperate fully in carryin; out the important task. Your competent cooperation for the speedy execution of t',iis decree is imperative and will be appreciated. In order to avoid a recurrence of certain incidents whici took place in the past when similar registrations were not taken seriously, we are requesting you to take the measures necessary to control the *egistrations, and to review all registrations to establish that all questio?is on the Lana are adequately answered as well as to see that all regis:ration forms are stamped with a 20 levy stamp for the Artisans Pension fun:. When the registrations are properly filled out, collect them in, a pack rge and send them to our offices so that they will be delivered not later than 10 September 1947. The following instructions are given for the purpose of ,arrying out the re-registration: a. All artisans and semi-artisan firms legally open on 24 Lpril this year are subject to general re-registration.
