1. A royalist group led by Prince Chumbhot has been int -easingly active*,
of late.. Recently one of the active members of this group, Mom Chao
Sophvn Phrexcx (son of Prince Svasti and brother of rjueen Ramphai
and Prince Suphas3vast i), approached llai Ramphan Poo':x;ajian, a former
editor of the Siezsscssse Daily Ekara., and asked him to edit a new
royalist ne-wspapor. Rai H azap aza d,solinee the offer. Since then his
house has been searched by the CID
2. The royalists sky they have arsenals in the homed of various snernberci and
state they are still collecting arms. They claim tr know the locatieass
of all major Free Thai arsenals in Bangkok and sp ah, of these installations
as prime targets; in the event of an armed royalist w3rising,,
