November 19,47 PAGES 2 SUPPLEMENT 1. Between 1 and 10 September 1947, labor offices in Potsdam, Falkensee, Hennigedorf, and Hohenneuendarf conscripted some 20,,000 workers on SMA order. These people have been engaged in erecting emergency troop quarters on the grounds of the former Krampnitz Cavalry School (Z-64), and others have been constructing barracks at the DDberitz (Z-65) training area. During mid-September Soviet motorized units moved into repaired buildings at Krampnitz, including a motorized regiment with a detachment of multiple 'rocket launchers. 2, on 20 August, the 214th Rifle Division moved out of villages in the Meissen (F-09) area and particin ted in maneuvers south of Dresden until about 10 September, These troops ba a :riot returned to the Meissen area, but have been supplanted there by units alleged to be three tank divisions comprising a corps.
