1,, During the occupation of Mukdsn by Soviet troops, Korean political groups and
associations were organized., and the following organizations emerged:
The Youth Corps ( ` 4'I )
The Korean Emancipation League
The Independence League ( ) ;+
The Sino-Soviet-Korean Friendship Association
The 17c men's Youth Corps (- .- . j?) )
All these organizations were organized and sponsored by Korean. Cc munizts in
Mukden and maintained close liaison with the Chinese Communists and the Soviet
armies during their occupation of P lukden .
2. The following personalities, all members of the Sino--&wet-Korean Friendship
Association, were the most active political leaders in the other organizations
of which they were ambers
CH'A Il p'yang (f ), leader of the Korean Emancipation League;
at present in the Tunghua (125-57, 41.41) area.
CHOPN Niing-il (t 4,r - ), leader of the Independence League; at
present in North Korea.

CH' DE Rini-san (#?, ELI ), chief of the Youth Corps; in the Tunghua
area at present.
CU' QE Sun (4 '! ),, a a member of the Youth Corps; at present in
North Korea.
YI Tong-kyun C t ), a member of the Youth Corps; at present
in North Korea.
3.. The following personalities were members of the Sincr.Soviet-Korean Friendship
Association; it is not known whether they were also member's of the leagues and
groups reported 'above.
