In A/.;:'il 1947, SVA ordered the re-establishment of the Zeies
Works, which had been over ninety percent dismantled in 1945 and
1946: and appointed Andmanr, a (, erman Communist returned from
"!osc: v, as manager. The Thuringian government was ordered to
put it the disposal of the plant a non-interest..bearing capital
of :venty-four million marks.
2. In rune 1947, again on SMA orders, another twenty million marks
of ion-Interest-bearing government credit was invested in the
