2. Rabinin, director-general of the SIT in Austria, has the following
two deputies:
a) Tolgachev, former director of the Nowa refineries, who is
now responsible for the Zentrale, refineries, and all SIT
departments in Vienna. !Fe replaces Prigorniev,who was
recalled to 2'oscow late in March 1948 to report on the
oil situation,
3? Korinevsky has replaced Gervart, who is now in Kledering near
Schwechat running a plant for the reprocessing of old oil.
4. A Russian woman by the name of Klimakova is employed as
interpreter in the SIT laboratories. Since late in April, the
Sit;' laboratories have been directed by a Russian woman whose
name has not yet been ascertained.
