Attached is a rough sketch showing the present confines of K8nigsbrlick
Training Area and installations, etc., within the area, Further details
are given below.
In the wriods between Krakau (A-21) - Tauscha (A-21) - Latzschen (A-11) -
Liera (A-11) 800 hutrrents to accomriodate 34 and stores have recently been
erected. A11 of then are now full and further builling is underny. The
1r;tnents are excellently ca.noufla!!ed to natch the countryoide.

_]Four large underground gasoline t-inks, each a capacity of 100,000
hectoliters (sic) are located at Neuldreh (A-31), while two others, ap-
parently larr,=r, are situated at Znchau (A-22) and Ponickau (A-22).

5. The flussians are building a water main (r.lasserleitung) from KBnigsbrftck
to Zeisholz (A-22).
6. Access to the entire training area is strictly probibited and tank exer-
cises take rlace al'^ost daily. Firing practice is also continuous. :ove-
nents of tan':; are restricted to Vie hours of darkness. They are always
routed via Karrenz (A-41) :shore 150 -- 200 tF , riainiy T-34s, are permanently
stationed in the local barracks.
7. A rough estimate of the strength of Sovie": formations at present occupying
KBnigsbrliek training Area is as follows:
4 - 5 Rifle Divisions (sic)
6 -'8 Tank Regimonts
3 -.4 Artillery Regiments
Cavalry and r.any troops of specialist arms (engineers, signals
