Ali Amir Khizi, travelled secretly to the provinoecf Khuzistan, where
it is believed that they were active in labor circles of the Anglo-
Iranian Oil Company and also that they did organizational. work for the
Tudeh Party in the Persian Gulf area. Other members of the delegation
included Akbar Shandarneri, Ltansuri, A razazi and Alamdara
Amir Kbizi, who left the delegation and returned to Tehran on 12 July,
had been in hiding and was on the "wanted" list until early July,
when the P9ajli.s voted a general armlesty for former Azerbaijan Democrat
