1o D. Loaev, Agrarian Party member and political refugee from Bulgaria now
in Greece, wrote to Dr. Georgi M. Dimitrav, Secreta?y General of the*Party
now in"Washington, D.C. and disclosed clashes among the Bulgarian political
refugees in the camp at Lavrion in which Agrarian Party members took part.
He attributed the troubles to one Kapris, whom he suspects to be an agent
of the Greek authorities.
