2. On arrival at the Zahony/Csap frontier, a simple adjustment is carried
out,on?the axles of the locomotives and rolling stock at the Mavag depot
-hich enables them to be transferred to the broad gauge. This is esse:tial
not only for freight trains going in an eastward or westward direction,
but also for the many locomotives which Hungary has had to deliver to
the Soviet Union.
