new government Finance 'Ministry. with Mayer as the first minister. It was con.
sidered probable .i.,hat the foreign trade ':kbrechnungskontor (#11) in Japer8trass0
and the Gurantie und Kreditbank would be placed under the new rginistry of
Finance. The heads of the ministries would probably be called p.residents.
5. The New Ministry of Foreipn A.ffaira, it was thought certain would be made up of
personnel from the Lain 1%dmini3trition for Interzonal and Foreign bade (HVA)
