Comment: This Party is now known as the Committee of Liberation (Kom - 5X1A6a
Wyzwo1enia-Kt4), instead of the Confederation of Liberation (Zwiazek Wyzwolenia)
as, foxorly), that the Sao Paulo section of that Party suspects the Rio de
Janeiro group of being the cause of the arrest of a number of Party members in
``ao Paulo. It is believed that one of the Rio.;roup, perhaps Filip (or Pawel
Piotr) Poreyko, supplied ineri.-ninating information to the Sao Paulo police.
2. Because of this friction, the Rio de Janeiro Executive Committee (Komitet
1ykanawczy Rio de Janeiro), which also serves as the Executive Committee for
Brazil, held a special meeting on g August at the hone of "Itefan Wrona to
decide upon steps to be taken, The Executive Committee likewise carne to the
conclusion that within the Rio section there is a police informer. Present at
