from Montevideo., is on an extended tour of Latin American countries in an
effort to build up good will for the Spanish Navy. His visit to Buenos

to the Argentine Navy to send a mission to the celebration of the 800th
anniversary of the Caati1.e_an Navy to be held in Spain this year,
