At 3 P.m. on 3 Clay 1948, 14i drums of gasoline were brought into Harbin from
the railway station by members of the Harbin Soviet Trading Bureau (?Targ?
predstvo),, This shipment wi.s sent from the USSR via Manchouli (117-27,49?36)
Part was sold to the public by the Trading Bureau, and the remainder delivered
to the Harbin airfield.
2. On 28 Lay 1948 two Soviet Ships arrived at the Tao ;;ai ''+harf in Harbin and
discharged 460 cases of rile ammunition, which were loaded onto trucks and
taken away. Un 10 June the Soviet ships were still in Harbin,,
