to Since 26 October 1948 dip:La atil. representatives of the USSR and satellite
nations have held three aeetings in Cairo. The purpose of these meetings
was to discuss the forms t:Lon of a new organisation to replace the
Cominform, since, informant states, the Cominform was "dissolved" as
a result of the events in Yugoslavia - 25X1 X6
The first of these meetings took place on 26 October at the home of
Sergei Borissenko, let Sea etary of the Soviet Legation in Cairo;
the second, on 27 October in the alpar 4t of Alexei Chiborin, the
Soviet Minister who is now in the USSR; and the third, on.30 October
at the home of Major Jean Szelubski,s Attache of the Polish Legation.
