losing his hold on the upper echelons of the Party. Ke is still considered
the leader by the rank and file of the Part~f, however. The anti-CIJ~THAL
feeling is attributed to the new importance of one Fi1GACA, about whom no
dr~tails are known.
Une of the certain changes in the communist organization is that Ci7?~;L-~AL's
functions in the Central Committee will be assumed by someone else, probably
by PIanuel GUEDI;S, who has been a membor of that Committee for some time,
Tt is further reported that CU]`1~iE'lL has recently been censured bjr the
C ominform.
