1. SK ::LD has received an invitation to send representatives to London to
take part in the Congress of the"Komisko"(sic) which will take place
on 3 December 1948. The invitation was announced in the newspaper
Laohi on 24 October 1948.
2, SK-ELD will make a. great effort to send roprosentttives of that party
to London. It is their ')urposo to determine the opinion held abroad
regarding SK-ELD, and also to rehabilitate the party "which has been
slandered by various persons ..ho have sold out to the Anglo-Americana".
3. The loaders of SK-ELD boliove that in London they will succeed in
having SK-^LD recognized as the only organized Socialist movement in
Greece. Consequently, they believe, SK-GELD will be assigned the
leadership i.n Greece of the movement for the United Socialist States
of ?.urope.
4. In the report .:hioh will be made regardint the Communist Parties, it
is the intention of SK.I:LD to "nuddy the waters" in relation to KKE and
to utter-pt to throw responsibility for the situation in Greece upon the
I.nglo-Americans first of all. It will be maintained that through their
intervention in Greece and their support of the r,onarcho-faeeist
Rightists the 1nglo-Jmoricans have made the Rightists their tool and
have brought about the present situation.,
