In the most recent plenary session of the Central Committee of the Communist
Party of Argentina (CPA), it:was decided to increase the financial support
given the Communist Party of Spain (Cr.-.) in Argentina by adopting the follow-
ing measures:
a, The monthly dues of all CPA members will be increased by S percent and
15 percent of the total dues collected by the CPA will be given to'the
CPS.
b, The CPS will be assured of receiving at least 10,000 pesos per month
from the CPA,
c. The CPA will print and sell to its members special stamps ranging in
value from 20 centavos to 20 pesos, the proceeds of which will be de-
livered to the CPS.
d. The regional and provincial committees of the CPP, will intensify their
campaigns,to collect funds for the CPS.
e. The CPA will support the establishment of Amigos del Pueblo Espanol
groups, the major purpose of which will be the collection of funds
for Spanish Communism in Argentina
2. Similar plans for increased support of knanish Communism will be carried
out by the native Communist parties of Uruguay, Mexico, and Cuba.
