1. Source learned on 10 I oveniber 1948 that GIL ROBLES had stated that an
agreement definitely existed between Don Juan and General FRA''CO as the
result of their meeting aboard FWA_;CO' S yacht. "Seventy per cent" of
the Pretender's political advisors reportedly disapproved of the meeting
and oppose any agreement with FRAITCO.
2. Don Juan, according to the infor::3ant, has sent a note to his advisors
saying that he personally assumed the responsibility for 'the agreement?
the terms of -which he "'could not divulge for very special reasons."
