Source states that Juan lrevalo, Cuban labor leader who was murdered in
iiebantt, Cuba, on 1 Septenbe. , originally placed the Accion Revolucionaria Guiteras
(ARG) in contact with the Argentines in 11abana. However, after Arovalo perfor-,e
this service, he was not willing to go along with the ARG's new. plan In the
opinion of ARG leaders, Are'ralo knew too much about their group to remain at
liberty unmolested. Source asserts that although the responsibility for the death
of Arevalo stil riiiis with the ARG, it should not be assumed th?,.t the APG is
