The 4 iegizp nt of the Envor Division (sic) is based at Format,
This Divisl;on is not a part of the Albanian Army, but of the People's
Security; It was formerly called the 4 Division of the People's-'Security.
The base of the Enver Division is in Tirana. Its co-maading officer
is intzel I corgki (sic) who comes from Koree. The man who compose
this Division are paid and enjoy the com-lete confidence of the regime.
3. Forces belonging to tho i nver Division are c;uarding the border from the
village of Upper V]aoho to Konispol and also the coast sector from
Konispol to Viuno.
4. The 4 Hegiz>asnt of the People's >eicurity of Permet, comznar ted by Haidar
..ranitis,cowers the border section from Uppor Vlacho to the international
point whore the Greek,Albunian, and Yugoslav borders meet and the
succeeding sector of the ilbanian-Yugoslav border.
5. The 741 Battalion of the some regiment is based in Leskovik; it
guards the sector from Upper t' iacho to ?,x soko.
6. The 14 !attalion of the sane regiment is ',asod in Dovell. It guards
the rsoke-Viglista sector.
7. The 3 Battalion of the same regiment covers the border sector of the
?+lbanjan -Yugoslav border within Korco Province.
3. :here is a Soviet lioutonant colonel at the headquarters of the 4 Regiment.
There are also '.ussian orficers of lower ranee assigned to the smaller units of
the 4 Regiment.
9. The army forces encamped in the city of Leskovik have recently been re-
inforeod with heavy anti-aircraft artillery. Two pieces have hoed
mounted in Leskovik, and two more in Tsaritsovo.
