11 Leon Feix is the permanent representati-e of the French Communist Party in
Algeria. He is the secret intermediary and command channel at Algiers
between the French and Algerian Communist parties. Members of his staff
are Paul Caballero, Raohid Dalibey, member of the Algerian Conseil General.
and Larbi Bouhali (Bouali?). They receive their directives from Feix at
-eetings hold in the secret Party headquarters, 2 rue de Tanneurs.
2. Orders from Feix are also transmitted through Elie Angonin to Algerian
Communist Party comittee leaders Pierre Fayet and Alice Sportisse, both
of whom are members of the National Assembly from Algeria.
The headquarters of the Communist Party regional committee is located at
6 rue Changarnier, which also serves as a rendezvous for important members
of the Algerian Communist Party.
