1. It is expected that Soekarno will reorganize his cabinet to include
leaders of the Front Demokrat Rakjat (FDR), People's Democratic Front,
which is still demanding a complete change of cabinet. "+hether or not
thM shake-up will be effected will depend on the "Socialist" armed
forces, the Pemoeda Pesindo. Minor parties which have their on armed
groups, such as the Bariltan Banteng, Sarisan Tani, hejkar Morah, and
Angkatan Komunis ,4oeda, can be satisfied t &t1iribery.. Tile following are

In Boekit Tinggi, Sumatra, Dr. Satrio and Soeprodjo have helped
smuggle arms for the Las jkar Mierah from Djambi and Loeboekbasoeng.
Dr,. Adnan Kapau Gani, who calls himself the greatest .5mug. lei, in
the Far East, has set up an affice at Djambi to facilitate "barter"
with Singapore, while S jamsoediri, using a false name, is acting as
go-between at Djambi and Singapore. LIM Aun Poon effects delivery

Moeso's next project is to infiltrate the TNI with Coamunists. To
do this he plans to create by propaganda as many Communist officers
and non-commissioned officers as possible. .. Kalinov has demanded
that there be a Communist in every infantry division. Young rela-
tives of PKI members have occasionally been called to meetings where
"seditious" propaganda is disseminated verbally and in writing. some
of these youths will be induced to join the cadets' training corps of
the Lasjkar Lerah,which is to form a nucleus for the army of the
Soviet Republic of Indonesia when the final revolution takes place.
A new PKI slogan is: "The present revolution is only half a revolution,
and. a half revolution is no revolution at all. Complete revolution is
the proper revolution and complete or total revolution can only be
brought about by to Communist PKI. "
