Augastyn WojnowaY3? born at Istanbul on 28 August 1910, a goverment official, arrived in Bel ium from Copenhagen on 9 November, carrying Polish passport. No. 3262 2109, with Belgian service visa No. 842 issued at Warsaw on 8 November 1948 and valid until 25 November. b. Jan Sobolewaki, ' an engineer living in Mosaics, left Belgium for Prague on 10 November, carrying Polish sorvioe passport No. 3633, with Belgian visa No. 23.649 issued at Brussels on 5 November 1948 and valid for fifteen days. Sobolewski was born at Lwow on 16 August 1901. a. Stelian Nitulescu, the new Rumanian Minister to Belgium, has arrived in Brussels. He is a lawyer and recently served aft deputy of the "National Grand Assembly". In Sppteaber 1948 he was in Rome, attending the "Congres de l'IInion"a d. Madame Bodice Barbu, new Second Secretary at the Rumanian Legation in Brussels, has also arrived. She was born on 19 December 1920 in Bucharest, e. Serge Krylov, a Soviet born in Leningrad on 1 January 1888 and a resident of a6oscow, arrived in Brussels on 1 November 1948. He, left for The Hague on 2 November. Subject carried Soviet passport No. 17146 and gave his profession as Judge* f. On 21 November Vassili Goguine and his wife, Eapitalina Goguina, arrived in Brussels from Prague on business connected with the Soviet Pmbaasy. They are residents of Moscow. She carries Polish passport No. Z-2631 issued by the Polish Foreign Office an 16 April 1948. b. Eliza Szolagowsks, born 31 December 1920, living at 174 Avenue Brugmann, Brussels, carries Polish passport No. N-586 issued at Warsaw on 23 January 1046 (or 1948). o. Kasimiers Szelagowski, Polish Consul in Belgium, living at 174 Avenue Brugmanu, born in Ssezutow on 30 June 1885, carries Polish passport No. W639 issued at Warsaw on 8 February 1946 (or 1948). d. Zygsnmt Zygmn, born at Radom on 23 November 1901, living at 25 rue des France, Brussels, is going to Warsaw via Prague.
