Gen. Kabanov and Maj. Gen. Gorokhov are the two top Soviet offi. cials in SNAG dealing with German police matters. 3. On 26 October 1945 Col. Gen. Kabanov and MaJ. Gen. Gorokhov inspected the two raramilitary police squadrons stationed in Leipzig. They expressed their satisfaction with the police administration and actor odations.
