THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
1.. it is reported that 2 Proletarian Division which had its headquarters
in Bitola was commanded at the and of October 1948 by Major General Rave
Petrovic, a Serbian. Political Commissar of the Division was Major
Tzoukic, a Macedonian and a member of the Central Committee of the
Macedonian Communist Party,
An unspecified anti-tank regiment has its headquarters in a large ware-
house known as the Monopoly warehouse, which is approximately one and
one-haJ.f kilometers from the center of the -town, on the Bitoij-Prilep
road. This regiment had under its command anti-aircraft detachments
stationed ats
a, bitol j - on a height northwest of the town and next to the old
Turkish barracks.
b. Kremenica - on a height on the Yugoslav-Greek frontier line.
c.. Dragos - on a height west of the village..
d. Zivojna - on a height north of the village.
e. ;telusiiua - on a ricge east of the village, and on the east side of
she Bitoi j-Velusina road.
The State flour mill of Bitolj provides daily for the three army bakeries
in Bitolj 1,,500 kilograms of flour (mixed wheat and maize).. Each soldier
is entitled to 350 grains of flour daily
