Roberto Mayorga, Argentina Communist. who has been in Mexico since march 1948, is regarded by Mexican Communist leaders as an expert on labor matters in the satin American republics. According to Manuel Terrazas, member of the Political Bureau of the Partido Comunista Mexican (PCA,-Mexican communist Party), Mayorga also has furnished to Vicente Lombardo Toledano information concerning the labor situation in Argentina, Colombia, Chile.
