Delegation inside Spain of the Central Committee of the Ccseaunist Party
and the Military Coassiseion of the Party, to take a census of all Spaniards
residi.ng in the USSR and in Eastern Europe. TLOUC& also was to make a
joint study with the Military Co mission of the Party of the most effective
