whose primary function will be the preparation of a new party line an for-
eign polioy, more favorable to the Marshall Plan. Senator Umberto Terracini
has been nailed the head of the new oc nissiono
2 POI leaders believe that Terracini is the man best suited to carry out this
new party line without camp,,rdoing the position of Palmiro Togliatti,
Pietro Seoahia and TC1 leaders, who will, however, minimise their overt
opposition to the Marshall Plana
