3..-= Anti-Comnist guerrillas are reportedly active in the Sernena Gora (a
range of mountains) north of Stara Zagorag in the Borisovgrad region;
in Chirpen and on Sakar Planina between Ilarmanli and Svilengrada The
guerrillas are especially active, in the last named area.
2.., Supplies for the guerrillas are generally provided by attacks against
villages,, Such an attack was recentl made against throe villages in
