We are in receipt of an application from a firm in Hongkong which submits
a list, of unused arms for possible purchase and use by H.M. Forces. If the Gen
oral Staff is interested in the attached :List, the Samornmit Company can arrange
for such of its officers as it desires, to inspect these goods at, their present
location.
The prices quoted do not include costs of transportation. The General. Staff
may choose any items in the list, but the total contract must be for a minimum of
US$ 50O,000~ With regard to the money transactions that would be involved, this
company wil be happy to do 'vcrything they can to facilitate this for the General
