1.. The 22 Armored Division at Kranj is commanded by Colonel M1eden Zakula.
This Division forms part of the Headquarters of the Armored Units in
Belgrade, which are commanded by Lieutenant General Velilco Kovacevio.
2. The Division is divided into regiments as follower
1 Regiment at Kranj, commanded by Major Dane Perovic, former oommandant
of the Levovi Armored Brigade of Strasisce near Kranj.
2 Regiment at Skofja Loke, commanded by Major Jovan Droa.
3, 2 Regiment is divided Into four battalions as follows%
1 Battalion - Independent (Transport). Commanded by Captain Vijo Culjat..
2 Battalion - (Armored car). Commanded by Captain Barisa 7igio.
3 Battalion - (Tank). Commanded by Captain Dusan Drolc.
4 Battalion - (Assault). Commanded by Captain i".ilutin Mijatovio
4. Each battalion is divided into companies as follows:
1 Motorized infantry
2 Heavy mobile artillery
3 Mixed artillery including light artillery, mortars, heavy machine fauns,
at oetera, divided into three platoons equipped as follows:
(a) Skoda - small arms and four mortars of Russian pattern
(caliber 85 mm)
(b) Armored Pioneer Platoon with German Mauler guns.
(o) Transport Platoon with Russian Model Zia-10 trucks cnpable of
carrying 25 men.
The motorized infantry of the division is armed with automatics of the
PPSn Model 41 (Russian type) caliber 7.62 mm.

80 armored oars and tanks
28 trucks

The tanks of German type which nrigh about 30 tons.Ttre refitted in the
Soviet Union and have new turrets. These tanks are painted khaki green and
are located in the former barracks of 1 Regiment Rlpini'in Skofja Loka.
They have the following armaments

On. 7.62 machine gun
One 12.7 machine gun.
