1. It is reported that Apr1sta action squads are planning a demonstration on
21 February to "celebrate" iIaya do la Torre's birthday. They are said to
have a supply of small bombs and petards for this purpose.
2. Police and army assault battalions have already been alerted, with full
mobilization of the latter ordered for the period from 19 to 22 February.
