1. A contract for Yugoslav produce to be delivered during the first quarter of
1949 to the Soviet 3litary Stores (Kooperativa) in Vienna tags drac-n up in
January 1949, but the Soviets withheld their signature until 11 February
without specifying any reason. When they sued the contract, they Insisted
on a 9% gross purchase discoant, instead of the customary 7%.
