1a Reports of the rnxp stet in. Bolivia on 19-20 February 1949 were
received with surprise by ovimiento facionalista Revolucio rio (i,M) exiles
in Buenos Aires. Ono 'MR le .der in Argentina who was angered that the exiles
had not been apprised of the attempt stated that the party had no chance of
overthrowing the liertzog government unless the exiles were kept informed and
t1C3R plans were coordinated with them.
2. Victor Pas Estenssoro and his family have been on vacation at Mirawr, Argentina
and were not expected to return to Buenos Aires until 23 February 1949.
