been identified, in various e ntries.. No instructions concerning Rumanian
'efugees have been sent; to Tnaxkey since Colonel Ivanovici as yet has no

7ia: son officers have N- an inst t,ct to assemble personal data on in-
dividuals secretly. and to prepare "preliminary tables of organisation" to
each Colonel Ivanovicci efo the end of March. Necessary personal in-
ormation will be elicited by frank conversations., although liaison
officers have been instructed t, u1ie discretion in talks with refugees
ho are not considered entirely t?uustworthy. Registers will be prepared
or both men and women.
