1. The Amities Belgo-Sovietiq.~.ess is undertaking the dissemination of special
reviews within Belgian scientific and professional circles to present
theories which have been accepted by the Central Committee of the Commu-
nist Party of the USSR. In January 1949 the ABS sent a medical review
dealing with biological and medicinal theories in the USSR to each
doctor in Belgium.
2. Similar papers will be distributed to Belgian engineers, lawyers and
other professional groL.ps in tiie near future.
