The Commmiat Party of Chile formed the following Instructions to the Dells
in raantiago prior to 7 February 1949s
Zo All militants must be in the vicinity of the Eatedio Chile on 7 February to
march down Avenida Ejeroi?to and continue in parade to Plaza Ercilla. This
order must be complied with ev* though the government should announce a
suspension of assembly. Those in charge rhall forward this to the cells and
those militants who do not comply will be turned over to the Disciplinary
Tribunal.

2. The monen.colleeting o tin .11 terminate before 15 February. The object
is to collect 500,000 pesos for propaganda expenses. To date 200,000 pesos
have been collected, but 300,0'1 more are needed to install a new printing
press with the machinery formerly used by the X.
3. It is necessary also to have the funds for aiding the "persecuted" before
15 February. These funds can be collected from house to house, and by means
of lotteries. Each militant in obliged= to-sell. at least 10 numbers on every
lottery at 10 pesos per ntm*)er.:
