Its executives are: Paolo Ornjaneei Chief Milan Borisek Chief Instructor Ante Tabakovto Director of the q'refflo Major General Djordje Jovanovio 3.L E. (sic) representative Colonel Miss Zivanovic S.M.E. (sic) representative Boleslav Ivkovic Director of the air services The air services are carried out by the Junta and J.A.T. companies, with head offices at Zemun. The propaganda center for civilian aviation is at Vrsac. 2. The monthly salaries for civilian instructors are as follows: Model instructors 3,000 to 5,000 dinars Glider instructors 3,000 to 4,600 dinars Parachutist instructors 3,400 to 5,000 dinars Pilot instructors 3,000 to 6,000 dinars 3. Two airplanes of the "Lightening", twin-engine type, which were appropriated by the Y-agoslave during the war, were recently under repair at the industrial factories at Rakovica. In September 1948 the necessary spare parts had arrived in considerable quantities from an unidentified factory abroad. 4. Mission of Engineer Giurich is Belgium Engineer Giurich, an official of the Yugoslav nistry for trade with foreign countries, who some time ago carried 02t negotiations with the Fiat Company for the purchase of patent rights for the construction in Yugoslavia of vehicle and airplane engines, has recently left Belgrade for Belgium, in order to contact the directors of the Sabena Company, with offices at No. 145, Rue Royals Brussels.
