Cuadra conferred with Somoza at the latter's residence, la Curva. Cusdra's name is mentioned as possible commander of the Guardia National Civil reserves for a future invasion of Costa Rica, in which the repatriates would reportedly he used. 25X1X6 2. Calderon Guardia is stf.ll in need of constant medical attention, according to source, who learned from ex-Presiders: Teodoro Picado,that the latter is searching for adequate facilities in Inagua to care for Calderon. To date he has been in a house in the Barrio Larreinaga, which is no longer satisfactory because the neighbors have become curious about the many visits by the doctor. 3,, Captain Federico Starke, now in Managua, is reportedly the head of all Calderonista forces, and is aided by two sons of the ex-Calderonista deputy Abel Mora.
