the Party, is order way to remove from office Liberato RodriEuoz, Mr, follou;rers,
and possibly Felipe 'alas Lopez himself. Acoup is possible at any Moment.
2. The Demoeratic Colorados are now in control of the Paraguayan Nrqr. Lieutenant
Colonel Cesar Mal1orquin is in cozrand at Campo Grande. Colonel Carlos Montanaro,
leader of the 25 October 1948 rebellion against the Gonzalez govort ent and
present collaborator with the Democratic Colorados, is slated for an important
post as yet undetermined. Thus, Liberato Rodriguez is left only with control
over the Paraguayan police.
