2. Additional imports of lubricants are being negotiated for. The
firm of Johann Haltermann, Berlin-Wilmersdorf, Hohenzollerndamm
42a-44a has offered to sell 300 tons of cylinder
25X1A9a oil (Heissdampfzylinderdl) to the German Economic Commission.
This oil originates in New Orleansl

The crude oil firm of Jusepin Mulata in Venezuela has offered
to sell crude oil to the German Economic Commission; however,
even the shipment of a large sample quantity presents consider-
able difficulties. The normal specifications of this oil are
