The outlet for Siamese antimany, volfrem, and other nonferrous metals
is a Chinese exporter named "Chang", who arrived in Siam four and a half
months ago from Singapore. In Singapore, "Chang" served as the "front"
for shipments of rubber to Soviet interests, It is believed that he
forwarded the rubber, as he probably now does the Siamese products, to
Hong Kong or Shanghai, where they were transshipped to other ports,
probably including Vladivostok.
