REPORT 25X1A2g The following is a translation of what a--.nears to be notes made for or from a Chinese Communist meeting where the organi7ati.on of a coalition government is the topic of discussion. The name of LO Pei-Yuan ( ' appears at the head of the document, and it is 'probable that the notes were m-do by or for him, at some unspecified date, but probably durin the latter half of 1948. The original translation indicates that the answers were written in on what was probably a printed questionnaire, of which this is the e"A" portion. A. Nature (a) War and reconstruction.
