la The search by Bolivian police for leaders of the Movimiento Nacionalista
Itevolucionario (INR) continues, and arrests continue to be made, Reynaldo
Guerra has been deported to Arica, Chile, while Carlos Torres and Maricano
Huorta have 1)oen confined at Fopaohuy, Bolivia
Carlos ?bntenegro, prominent I-MR exile in Buenos Aires, has been in the border
area near Yaeulba, acoordinu to information available to the police. He is
suspected of aiding in the transportation of arts to Bolivia.
3. Dr. r xnklin Antezana Paz has returned to La Paz with the consent of the
Bolivian government, and Dionisio Foianini and Hugo Roberts will be allowed
to return to the country.
