The history of the Chilean Communist Party, previously reported as having been undertaken by Lima Quintana, has now been practically completed.* However, it now appears that this study is composed of biographical information concerning Party leaders rather than information concerning the actual Party policy. 3e The return of Niguel Angel Guezales to Chile is considered by Lima Quintana as very significant and as possibly presaging important Changes in the Argentine Embassy in Santiago.
