Arturo Olivrarria Brav, Prosident of Accion Chilwa Anti.-Co .eta (ACUiA), stated to sonroe that the auction held by the organization on 12 lbrah 1949 had been a lanantable but necessary step for the raising of funds.* Olivnrria Bravo said that ACHA, though now inactive, would continue to maintain contact with at least the more militant members with a view toward reactivating this organization should the need arise. ACHA is not necessary at present as an arc, to combat Cacrtunjsm since the Chilean goverment itself is en?;aged in such a campaign, according to Olivarria Bravo, ACHA leaders are not convinced, however, that the present policy of the government will continue, and they have noted that many of the local politicians and political groups bad shown them.. selves willing and der to collaborate with the Cotnmmicts in the recent elections, 2.
