1. During, the first half of Hove:- 'fiber 1948 an "Operative Control Commission"
(Coraniissione di controllo operative) was established by the Genoa FCI
Federation for the Uestern Zone of Genoa. This Commission _,.a composed
of the following men:

(fnu) Rubioli - From the Peg;li 'CI Section
(fnu) D'Addeo -- From the Guerra rCI Section
(fnu)'Dannini - From the Jori PCI Section
(fnu) Avviano - From the -solzaneto PCI Section
2. The Cu ei.ssion was ori,;;finally established as an instrument of the Starapa/
Propaganda Section of the PCI, but its duties were ixu:.eciately extended to
ixiclude the planning and direction of operations such as reprisals, strikes,
agitations, etc. It ha., at its disposition all the Action Sruads of the i'CI _
Federation of Genoa.,
