Information has been received which serves to refute the reports which
Nava been circulating concerning the destruction by sabotage of the Orava
hydroelectric power station. The following is what actually happened:
One of' ie principal Communist shop stewards had been discharged, and in
revenge he denounced seveAa1 executives at the plant and accused them of
"sabotage" in the Communist sense of the work, Lei of wasting material, of
e-lackness, etc. Several of the executives were at once arrested, and this
gave rise to rumors of real sabotage.
2. Reports of two further acts of sabotage in Slovakia have been received.

on the Italian border. In compensation, Czechoslovakia receives wheat from
Russia at the price of 900. to 1,000 crowns per 100 kgs.
